Product Description

Ceramic saddle ring packing is mainly made of local high alumina low iron clay, added with a certain amount of boundary mud, feldspar, quartz, forming aids, release agents and other raw materials. It is a silicate aluminum tower packing processed through a series of suitable production processes such as raw materials, ball milling, screening, iron removal, vacuum mud refining, forming, drying, and calcination. The product has uniform color, dense porcelain texture, high temperature resistance, and good rapid cooling and heating performance. Has chemical resistance. Capable of withstanding inorganic acids and acids, as well as all neutral and acidic gases, except for fluorinated acids or strong concentrated bases. The shape of the ceramic rectangular saddle ring is between circular and saddle shaped, thus combining the advantages of both. This structure is beneficial for liquid distribution and increases gas channels for residents. Compared to the Bauer ring, it has lower resistance, higher flux, higher efficiency, better packing strength and rigidity, and is currently a widely used type of loose pile packing.
